Return and Refund Policy

Because these services are primarily digital and often customized to client requirements, returns are generally not applicable once work has commenced.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

No Resource Commitment: Refunds may be possible if no external resources, licenses, plugins, or third-party tools have been purchased for the project.


Uninitiated Services: Refunds are only available for services that have not entered the execution, development, or delivery phase.


Once a project or service has commenced, including design, development, customization, or maintenance, refunds are typically not available due to the time, expertise, and resources invested.


2. Non-Refundable Circumstances


Refunds are not available in the following situations:


Services that have been partially or fully delivered.


Projects delayed due to client communication gaps, late approvals, or missing content.


Changes in client preferences or requirements after work has started.


Dissatisfaction due to expectations outside the agreed scope of work.


Fees associated with third-party services, licenses, themes, plugins, or tools purchased on the client’s behalf.


Maintenance, support, or programming services that have already been provided.


Projects involving custom integrations or coding that cannot be reused or repurposed.


3. Revisions and Issue Resolution


Optnet Com is committed to client satisfaction. In case a client is not satisfied:


Clients must first contact us to describe the issue.


We will review the issue in detail and provide guidance or support.


Where applicable, revisions or corrections will be offered within the original project scope.


Refund requests will only be reviewed after all reasonable efforts to resolve the issue have been exhausted.


We aim to resolve all concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring that clients receive a functional and high-quality service in line with the agreed requirements.


4. Project Cancellations


If a project is canceled after work has begun, clients may be responsible for payment for work completed up to the point of cancellation.


Any remaining balance may be reviewed for partial refund eligibility, subject to management discretion.


The scope, complexity, and resources already invested will be considered when evaluating refund requests.


5. Refund Request Process


To request a refund, clients must:


Submit a written refund request via email or official communication channels.


Include project details, service type, and reason for the request.


Await review and approval by management.


All refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Approved refunds, if any, will be:


Processed using the original payment method.


Subject to a reasonable processing timeframe, depending on the payment provider.
